SOUL ADVENTURES

While I was in Ibiza my friend Tess (from Lovefoodibiza.com) whisked me off to a morning Kundalini yoga class up in the hills. I’ve been to yoga classes at my gym before, but this was on a whole new level.
The class was taught by an amazing Kundalini and Meditation Teacher called Trish, who played the best music and made the experience one I’ll never forget.
The session took place outside so we were surrounded by nature, as well as some of the biggest and most beautiful crystals I’ve ever seen (obviously I now want some for my house).
After stretching out our bodies Trish closed the session by banging a sacred gong, which I initially mistook for a plane flying overhead! Only this was much, much more soothing, and there was definitely a magical quality to it.
I felt like I really got something from the class and I’m already looking into returning to take part in a proper retreat. If it sounds like something you’d be interested in check out http://souladventures.co.uk.

IBIZA STYLE

Wearing: World Family Ibiza Skirt | Balenciaga Sandals | American Apparel Body Similar | Chloe Sunglasses

While we were en route to the airport I couldn’t resist doing a pitstop at this awesome graffitied wall in Ibiza. The colours worked brilliantly with the new World Family Ibiza RaRa skirt I bought at Las Dalias hippy market. The overall look is a bit Spanish seƱorita, but who doesn’t want to look like a dancing emoji these days?

WHAT I BOUGHT IN IBIZA

Mango Dress £79.99

Zara Blouse £39.99

No holiday to Ibiza would be complete without a trip to Zara and Mango. I know the exchange rate is rubbish at the moment and I can probably get everything in London anyway, but I LOVE to shop and somehow it feels more exciting when you're abroad. Check out these irresistible embroidered lace beauties. They'll see you right through summer!

LAS DALIAS HIPPY MARKET

Wearing: Zara Playsuit | Ancient Greek Sandals | Bag bought in a little boutique in Ibiza Town last year but you can get something similar in an Eroski (local supermarket in Ibiza)

The place to be on a sunny Ibiza Saturday is Las Dalias Hippy Market in San Carlos. It's packed with vintage finds and stalls selling straw hats, jewellery, bags, dresses, tops, sandals and throws. My favourite stall has to be World Family Ibiza, which is a riot of colourful clothes and accessories. I’ve already got a couple of their purses and I'd really love a bag (friends, please take note. Christmas isn't that far away!). The bags are what Ibiza dreams are made of and each one is a slightly different mix of leather, embroidery, tassels, feathers and beads. You can even pop to the nearby bar to quench your shopping thirst with a cold beer while you're trying to decide which one to buy (all of them?).

SUNDAY ROAST AT PIKES

Wearing: Zara Dress similar | Balenciaga Sandals

Sunday wouldn’t be Sunday without a roast now, would it? In true Brits abroad style we always head to Pikes for their famous Sunday lunch whenever we’re in Ibiza. In the days before Dolly we'd start off with an aperitif or two, followed by a few bottles of red. Then we'd round off the evening with as many Espresso Martinis as we could get our hands on, followed by some dancing. This year was pretty much the same, except we stuck to one after dinner cocktail and headed home early to do Dolly’s bath and bed routine instead. It wasn't quite as rock'n'roll as usual, but we gave it a good go!

DOLLY STYLE

I've got a confession to make - I did a one stop shop at Gap Kids for Dolly's Ibiza wardrobe. I know, I'm a lazy mum/stylist, but in my defence work was really busy and I didn't have much time to look around. Plus Gap were offering 40%, off, and when you add that to the 5% off you get from having the Gap App (if you don't have it, you need to get it) it added up to a whopping 45%, and I couldn't resist. Let's not forget that Gap Kids is pretty awesome, and Dolly totally agrees.

SLUIZ IBIZA

Wearing: Charity Shop Dress (the label says it was made in Ibiza) | Balenciaga Sandals | Melissa Odabash Hat

What to do on an overcast day in Ibiza? Go shopping of course! We headed straight to Sluiz in Santa Gertrudis yesterday. You can spend hours in this magical maze of fun and colourful homewear. The problem you'll face is that you will want to buy EVERYTHING. Did I mention they also sell men and women's clothes, and have a restaurant and bar so you can eat, drink and shop? What more could a girl want? We took Dolly's reigns with us and she loved the freedom of running around this weird and wonderful world!

Balenciaga Sandals

Wearing: Zara Dress | Balenciaga Sandals

I LOVE these sandals. I've wanted a pair for years and I was lucky enough to get them last Christmas. Now I'm on holiday I finally get to wear them!

They go with pretty much anything - jeans, dresses, jumpsuits - so I know I'll get years of wear out of them. They also manage to make the most simple things look that little bit more glamorous, including this summery black dress from Zara.
